Last week to apply for one of six Big Green Idea $10,000 or $20,000 grants from the British Council
Hi A-fullyS-IK- Xs peeps,
Just letting you know/reminding you about the British Council Big Green Idea grants. There are six of them and some are for $20k and others are for $10k.
It's a fair stack of cash that I reckon you or someone you know could probably do something good with.
This year the British Council are looking for really different and diverse types of projects. It could be writing a book, a policy paper, coming up with a prototype for a glow in the dark skull onesy for cycling, an awareness campaign, film, exhibition, gardening project, host a symposium, do a whole lot of field research in the Bahamas, you might use the cash to make an event more sustainable - or, if I were eligible it would be used to develop a prototype for a two-headed match stick (would save some trees right?).
Basically the BC want you to do what you do but try some ways of making it a little less crap for the planet.
So make sure you apply or tell someone with more motivation, talent and who is slightly poorer to give it a go.

Hit me up if you need to know more stuff but be as creative as you like,
